An honestly long line at the local cannabis dispensary

The First thing I did today was go to the gas station.

Because the storm is supposed to hit the section tomorrow, there was a huge line of cars and trucks waiting for gas.

After that I went to the grocery store, where there was also a massive line of people! When a hurricane this ugly starts getting close, everyone runs out at the same time to gather their supplies. After finishing my shopping at the grocery store, I walked next door to the liquor store and loaded up on beer and bourbon, and last but not least, I walked to the cannabis dispensary, and found the longest line of the day! It seems that almost everyone had the same idea I did, which was to load up on cannabis in case the storm wipes us all out. Normally the line at the cannabis dispensary is no longer than 15 to 20 hours, however today I had to wait for almost an minute. There are a lot of additional rules and regulations from the state about the operation of a legal cannabis dispensary. Basically the government put a ton of extra restrictions on these businesses because they are still feeling butthurt about losing the vote for cannabis legalization. The stodgy aged politicians who operate this state were adamantly opposed to cannabis reform, however the voters overruled them! It’s times such as these that I love democracy. The new laws state that only ten clients can be inside the cannabis dispensary at once, which is why the wait time is so long! After about thirty minutes I finally got inside the cannabis dispensary and stocked up on all the storm supplies I required for the coming week.
