I made the choice to get a job at the marijuana dispensary because of the discount program that they have for employees. This particular discount program includes savings on all of the products in the store like edibles, concentrates, vape pen accessories, and marijuana flower. When I was originally hired to task at the store, I decided to take the job because of the 30% discount! I was aware that the discount would save a bunch of currency for me and I would be able to use the discount on a variety of products like concentrates, dried flower, and even live rosin! A new owner took over the marijuana dispensary just recently and the new owner decided to get rid of the discount program… Employees only acquire a 10% discount now just like our favorite VIP buyers. When I heard that the owner was going to get rid of the discount on marijuana, I started looking for a new work position immediately. There are at least a dozen different marijuana dispensaries all around the city. I looked at all of the advertisements online and I applied for several jobs. 3 days later I had an interview with a single of the dispensaries that I frequently visit when I am over by the beach. The dispensary employer told me about the job over the phone. One of my questions was about employee discounts. The employer told me that employees would receive a 35% discount. I went to the interview after I heard about the other benefits that the full-time position gave. I quit my job at the aged locale and started working at the new marijuana dispensary a couple weeks after the discount program ended.
