I couldn’t get a business loan for that amount
I had been saving for a long time & was prepared to open a cannabis dispensary, then i then realized I didn’t guess how much money I really needed at the end of the day. I talked to people at the bank & other store owners, they were not unquestionably helpful. I then found that a recreational weed dispensary consultant was the way to go. This person knows everything from the growing process, to open a cannabis dispensary & to helping it run better. I called the guy over to take a look at our finances & see if I really can get a store, however he was amazing at his task. He sat me down & the two of us opted to go over start up costs, ongoing costs & potential risks going into business. He also helped me decide what was our target audience? Am I doing recreational weed or medical weed? There are all sorts of fees that I wasn’t expecting too. There is the cannabis cultivation fee, licensing, insurance, & retail rental! My cannabis consultant laid it out unquestionably clearly & evenly for me, every one of us then went through what kind of loans I could get & what licenses I definitely needed; When it was all said & done I knew the amount of money I needed to achieve. I couldn’t get a business loan for that amount. I am not quite there on achieving our dream. I am so cheerful I didn’t start the process & waste a bunch of money to realize that. When I acquire that amount of money, I will be calling our cannabis consultant again.
