Slowly but surely I am educating myself about all the different strains of cannabis. For many years I was the type of guy who didn’t even ask questions, I just bought whatever weed I could find and hoped it was good. Those were the bad old days, before legalization took effect and long before there were any legal cannabis dispensaries. If I knew a friend-of-a-friend who had some grass I would just buy as much as I could get. Now that I have steady legal access I have been able to start learning more about the differences between sativa, indica, and various kinds of cannabis blends. The guys at the cannabis dispensary are real sports, because I know I must be irritating by asking so many questions. I like to make a lot of inquiries and learn everything I can before I buy a new kind of cannabis. It gives me an idea what to expect, but also allows me to compare and contrast it with the previous strains of cannabis I have enjoyed. So far out of everything I have sampled I like the Blue Dream the most, because the amazing dreams I have at night after smoking it. I also sample things outside of my normal comfort zone, like when I vaped the Blue Dream cannabis oil. Although it tasted and smelled very similar to the Blue Dream buds, it did not impact my mind as much. I kept puffing but never got as stoned as I wanted, which means that cannabis buds are the right way to go.
