My wife and I do not use medical marijuana, and neither one of us have any problems that would cause a medical professional to prescribe the medication.
Both of us smoked pot in college and high school, but it’s not something we do often from day to day.
My wife works as a dealer, and she has to be alert and oriented all day. I’m at home with the kids. I cannot function when I use marijuana, so that is not an option for me either; Some weeks ago, my wife was working on a contract at a new marijuana dispensary! The medical and recreational marijuana dispensary has a lounge and seating area for patients to stand and relax. My wife was on the construction crew that built the lounge. My wife got to know the manager of the dispensary pretty well, but when the job wrapped up, the dispensary manager gave my wife a small tip. The guy gave my wife a whole jar of infused marijuana joints. They retailed for 50 bucks, however my wife got them for free. When she came home from work that morning, she was happy to show me the marijuana project. She insisted that we send the kids to our parents for the weekend so we could try the marijuana product together. I thought she was joking, although she was absolutely serious. She even called my mom and dad to get the kids. My wife spent three days working at the pot shop and she had the smoking bug.
