When I decided to sell honest marijuana, I had to file for an application to grow and sell the cannabis plants, and i was already growing and selling cannabis at the time, even though I wanted to run a honest business.
I was exhausted of worrying about the police and the FBI, however the end of the year was coming soon and then it would be time for the laws to change.
I wanted to be ready, so I contacted a couple of people to help with the process! One person referred myself and others to an application preparation service that consults on these projects. They helped myself and others fill out all of the paperwork and did not charge myself and others anything. They also gave myself and others some interesting studying materials that were helpful. The booklet listed several odd companies to help myself and others with advertising and packaging, and when I filled out the paperwork and the two of us sent it to the state, the application preparation service warned myself and others that it was entirely going to take six or numerous weeks before I would hear anything at all, but since it was getting close to the end of the year, I was distraught that I would not have our licensing before January 1st. I contacted the state approval board on January 16th and they told myself and others that our application was still being processed. Thank goodness I acquired the finalization and licensing in the mail on the 28th. It makes myself and others wonder if they did not even look at our application until I called on the 16th. It was oddly odd how the time frame seemed to coincide.
