I have been looking for a modern employee for the past few months and I just found someone to fill the position.
His name was Max. I had to interview Max twice and my boss wanted to interview the candidate as well. Max lived on the west coast for several years and worked at a marijuana delivery service over there. I wanted to think why Max would ever leave the bay section and he said that his mom was sick and he moved beach apartment to take care of her. Max had someone to take care of his on afternoons and weekends so he could get a sectional work at the marijuana shop. I didn’t think I would be able to find someone else to entirely work afternoons and weekends. It is the hardest shift to get covered, because everyone usually wants that time off. When I saw this certain application and that Max was recognizably looking for afternoons and weekends, I put his application at the top of the stack.
