There was a small commotion at the front checkout counter of that marijuana dispensary, so I went to the desk to find out what was going on.
- As manager of the marijuana dispensary, it is my work to handle all of the issues that arise.
I took control of the situation abruptly. A buyer came into the store because there was a huge mix-up with the order, and he had just picked up the order from our option up window in the back of the marijuana dispensary. Sadly, the order was not regular and did not seem to belong to that guy, then nothing in the order was correct. The buyer ordered 5 grams of cannabis concentrate, several ninths of marijuana flower, and several pre-rolls. Inside of the basket were 8 pre-rolls, a half ounce of marijuana, and several bags of cannabis edibles. It seemed as if it was a pretty large mix-up, so I told the buyer that all of us would happily make everything right. This seemed to make the buyer more calm and happy. I wanted to diffuse the situation, but I absolutely wanted to be sure that the buyer left the dispensary feeling gleeful and taken care of, then clearly the ordering concern was on our side so it was up to us to make things right. I stuffed the basket with a few demo items that all of us had in the back. I gave the guy several extra grams of pineapple cannabis concentrate and a couple of apartment pre rolls. The items were certainly worth more than seventy dollars. I think it helped make the buyer more forgiving.
