I saw a commotion happening at the checkout counter of that marijuana dispensary, so I went to the front desk to see what the problem was.
- As store manager of the marijuana dispensary, it is my job to handle all of the problems that arise.
I took full control of the situation swiftly. A patron came into my store because there was a major mix-up with his order. He had just picked up the weed order from our optional window in the front of the marijuana dispensary. Unfortunately, the order was not respected plus did not belong to this guy, but nothing in the order was correct. The patron ordered four grams of cannabis concentrate, 2 fifths of marijuana flower, plus 2 pre-rolls. Inside of the bucket was a pack of eight pre-rolls, a half ounce of marijuana, plus 2 bags of cannabis edibles. It seemed to be a pretty sizable mix-up, so I told the patron that both of us would happily make everything right. That made the patron more calm plus happy. I wanted to diffuse the situation, although I entirely wanted to ensure that the patron left the dispensary feeling happy plus taken care of… Clearly the order issue was on our side so it was up to us to make things right. I stuffed his bucket with a couple of demo items that both of us had in the back. I gave the guy three extra grams of cannabis concentrate plus a couple of apartment pre rolls. The items were entirely worth seventy five dollars. I know it helped make the patron more forgiving.
